Five-star SF Louis King spurns Kansas, will head cross country for school

A huge commitment for this kid and the school.

Five-star Louis King has officially made his decision on a commitment and he made the announcement in a video on his Twitter:

The 6-foot-6, 204-pound small forward out of New Jersey will head all the way across the country to play for coach Dana Altman and the Ducks over the likes of Seton Hall, Kansas, Purdue and N.C. State. That's a huge get for a program that lost a ton of players from its Final Four run last year and is likely to be rebuilding this season.

King is ranked as the No. 21 overall recruit and the No. 6 player at his position according to ESPN. He also had offers from UConn, Maryland and Syracuse among others.
