Top 10 player and 7-footer Moses Brown nearing offer from big time blueblood

This would be huge for anybody.

Moses Brown is going to be one of the most coveted and highly recruits kids in the 2018 class. He's got the size and skills to be a difference maker right away for no matter which team he ends up joining. The 7'1", 210-pound center has shown flashes of brilliance, but his defense is still ahead of his offense right now. That isn't stopping anyone from recruiting him though and it seems that a huge offer is coming his way considering how often Coach K and his staff stop by to watch the Jamaica, N.Y. native.

Brown doesn't have an offer from Kentucky or Duke yet, but it sounds like's expecting one from the Blue Devils. He told 247Sports that several coaches have been in contact with him and have watched him play.

"Coach K likes me and he knows that I'm a good kid. I go to Archbishop Molloy and he thinks I have the talent and that I can be a pro. That's why he's started recruiting me.

"Coach Nolan Smith is making me a big time priority in terms of big men. Coach Nate James has also been reaching out to me, and Coach Capel came out to see my at my gym in September. I talk with Coach Nolan just about every day. We talk a lot or he texts my phone."

Brown is staying updated on potential roster changes and other recruits headed to schools, which will help make his decision down the road. For now, the sixth ranked player overall in the class by ESPN and No. 2 center in the class will wait it out and keep letting the coaches come in to watch his improving game.

He currently holds offers from Arizona, Florida, Kansas, UConn, Michigan, Louisville and UCLA to go with some others as well.
