Nation's No. 1 overall recruit R.J. Barrett has a decision date

We've got ourselves a date now.

R.J. Barrett is a consensus five-star recruit in the class of 2018 and has already named his top three teams. Now, he's giving us a decision date to look forward to as well.

Barrett detailed the end of the recruiting process in a blog for USA Today:

I love the three schools on my list, and I have great relationships with the coaches and had a great time on each visit.

I'll be deciding on November 10.

I'm gonna do it at home in Canada with all of my family and friends.

I decided to go back to Canada to make the big decision because that's the place that made me. It just feels right to come back to where it all started.

I don't know where I'm going yet. I just set the date because I want to get it over with before the season starts and that should be enough time to come up with the right decision.

The 6-foot-7, 200-pound forward is currently playing for Montverde Academy in Florida and also had offers from Arizona, Kansas, Michigan, UCLA and USC among others.
