Two college players arrested following massive brawl that required 25 police officers

What a wild scene.

A Division III basketball game between Daniel Webster Southern Vermont College ended in a brawl, and two Daniel Webster players were arrested as a result.

The Associated Press reported that guard Marquise Caudill and teammate Antwaun Boyd were arrested, and Caudill was held on  assault, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges. Twenty-five police officers were needed to handle the situation.

From the AP:

Guard Marquise Caudill assaulted a player from the opposing team during the afternoon game and threatened an officer working a security detail who tried to stop him, Nashua authorities said. They also said teammate Antwaun Boyd appeared to be inciting an already hostile crowd that had surrounded the officer.

According to the school, it was the last basketball game in school history.
