UNC reportedly starting home-and-home series with Final Four contender

This should be a fun watch.

North Carolina is always looking to boost its out of conference schedule and its next reported move will definitely do that. Jon Rothstein is reporting that the Tar Heels will play a home-and-home series with Gonzaga the next two years.

Both teams are in the top 25 this season and of course the series would be a rematch of the 2017 National Championship Game. The first game will reportedly take place in Chapel Hill while the return game will be in Spokane for the 2019-20 season.

Of course, the teams will look much different by those meetings as UNC will be losing Theo Pinson and Joel Berry to graduation while Gonzaga's Johnathan Williams and Silas Melton will have graduated as well.
