Well this was a bit of a surprise.

It was expected that after Georgia lost over the weekend to Auburn that Alabama would move up to No. 1 in the College Football Playoff rankings. What wasn’t as expected is that the Clemson Tigers would then move up to the No. 2 spot, still ahead of Miami and Oklahoma after both teams got big wins over the weekend.
