He was projected to land at Ohio State, per 247sports' Crystal Ball.
The 6'5", 210-pound recruit turned down offers from Penn State, Tennessee, Georgia and others.
Despite landing Harris, Ohio State currently trails Alabama as the top team in the 2017 recruiting rankings.
