Jimbo Fisher has more SEC wins than this tenured coach

Someone has some winning to do.

Jimbo Fisher might be coaching in the ACC, but that doesn't stop him from accumulating SEC wins every year. Since he became the head coach at FSU in 2010 he's accumulated more SEC than Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema who actually coaches in the conference and has eight chances for a win every year.

Granted, Bielema has only had three full seasons to get SEC wins, but it's still more opportunities than Fisher has had. He gets one guaranteed shot each year with the Florida Gators, but has had to beat up on the conference in national title games and bowl games. Here's the full list of Bielema and Fisher's win and in what season they came.

Bret Bielema SEC Wins - 7

2014 - LSU & Ole Miss

2015 - Tennessee, Auburn, Ole Miss, LSU & Mizzou

Jimbo Fisher SEC Wins - 8

2010 - Florida & South Carolina

2011 - Florida

2013 - Florida & Auburn

2014 - Florida

2015 - Florida

2016 - Ole Miss

Bielema didn't win a single conference game in 2013 while steadily improving the next two seasons. Looks more like Fisher should be the SEC coach considering he's had a win against the SEC in every season he's coached except for one. That also shows just how good Florida State has been under him winning the last BCS Championship in 2013 against Auburn and consistently beating a good SEC defense in Gainesville.
