The Hurricanes’ return to glory has resulted in some less than favorable situations in Miami.

During Saturday’s 28-10 victory over Virginia Tech, one fan apparently got a bit unruly, resulting in a handful of cops escorting her out of the stadium. As they picked her up, she appeared to take a swing at a cop, who responded by throwing a haymaker back at her.

The Associated Press is now reporting that the woman has been charged with felony battery on a police officer. The name of the police officer involved has not been released. There is no information yet on potential disciplinary action he may face as a result of his actions in the physical altercation.

Here is a look at the video that has caused the police to reportedly file these charges:

The video is difficult to watch, as her body goes lifeless in the officers arms.

Miami moved to 8-0 with the win and will host College GameDay next week when the Hurricanes showdown with Notre Dame.
