Baylor QB carted off the field after horrifying leg injury

This appears to be Russell's second major injury in the past two seasons.

Star Baylor quarterback Seth Russell had to be carted off the field against Oklahoma on Saturday in what appears to be a significant ankle injury.

Baylor later clarified that Russell had been diagnosed with a dislocated ankle.

Apparently the injury was immediately evident to everyone at the game.

This is Russell's second major injury in the past two seasons. The quarterback suffered a significant neck injury last year that caused him to miss six games. We don't know much on the extent of Russell's current injuries, but it looks like he is done for the rest of this season, too.

Russell had thrown for 1,966 yards and 19 touchdowns heading into the game against Oklahoma.
