Justin Watkins is a four-star receiver in the class of 2018 and he’s now decommitted from a school three times already. He was originally committed to LSU and then flipped to Florida State before ending up with Texas. That was until he decided to decommit yet again:
The 5’11”, 172-pound receiver out of Clermont, Fla. is ranked as the No. 7 receiver in the country and the No. 7 recruit in the state of Florida according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Aside from the schools he decommitted from, he has offers from the likes of Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Miami and Notre Dame along with quite a few others.
He had been committed to Texas since February for exactly four months. He was also committed to FSU since June of 2016 to that February when he flipped. Before that, he had been committed to LSU and backed off that pledge in February of 2016.
