Kansas has not won a conference game since 2014 so the Jayhawks might be getting pretty desperate to get back in the win column. There’s always the trick play where a team will try to get cute on a kick return with a full field later, but Kansas took it a step further.

The Jayhawks had a man lie down in the end zone wearing the same colors as the lettering in that end zone. He popped up and took the cross-field lateral a pretty good ways down the field.

You won’t see that happen very often. It also makes you wonder if Kansas wore their jerseys specifically so a “camouflage play” like this one could be run.
