Babb is the top receiver in the country according to 247Sports’s own rankings and the top recruit in the state of Missouri as well out of Saint Louis. All 14 predictions made in his crystal ball are for OSU, but that might change with what he recently told 247Sports.

He is a U.S. Army All-American and has offers from the likes of Oklahoma, Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Notre Dame, Tennessee and Texas as well as others.
