Terrifying scene out of Columbus after Nebraska's QB had to be taken off in an ambulance

A terrifying scene in at Ohio State.

UPDATE:

Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong was knocked out of Saturday's game after a scramble to the sideline resulted in him landing directly on his head.

Armstrong was not moving on the sideline and his jersey and pads had to be cut off before he was strapped to a backboard and carted off the field.

Armstrong's eyes appeared to be open and the quarterback gave the thumbs up as he was escorted immediately to an ambulance.

Obviously Armstrong's health was more important than the outcome of the football game, and fans in attendance showed unity in chanting his name as he was carted off the field.
