Four-star ILB Breon Dixon spurns hometown Dawgs for other SEC power

An interesting choice.

Four-star inside linebacker Breon Dixon was originally committed to the Georgia Bulldogs, which makes sense considering he plays his high school football in Loganville, Ga. However, he decommitted from Kirby Smart and the Dawgs to head elsewhere. He made his commitment on ESPN during the Under Armour All-American Game:

The 6'0", 209-pound linebacker is rated as the No. 11 inside linebacker and No. 27 recruit in the talent-rich state of Georgia. He had offers from Louisville, Miami, USC, Ohio State and Auburn among others. He was crystal balled to commit to Ole Miss with 93 percent of the analysts saying he would head there.
