ESPN College GameDay analysts forced to eat their words after Oklahoma's stomping of Ohio State

Not sure anyone is going to be calling them pretenders now.

Under first-year head coach Lincoln Riley, Oklahoma was expected to be good, but maybe not this good.

After stomping Ohio State on the road, 31-16, Sooner fans were quick to bring up an old video of Desmond Howard and Lee Corso talking down Oklahoma:

Howard called Oklahoma a team that could disappoint because it was a year too soon. Howard called him a "fantastic coach," but Corso took things a step further calling them, "pretenders."

To add insult to that, the entire GameDay crew picked Ohio State to upend Oklahoma.
