ESPN has a new Playoff Top 4 following Clemson's loss to Syracuse

A big drop for Clemson.

No. 2 Clemson suffered a 27-24 defeat at Syracuse on Friday night, and the impact is already being felt throughout the college football world.

One of those impacts is over at ESPN's FiveThirtyEight, which has already calculated new odds for teams to make the College Football Playoff. Suffice to say, Clemson is OUT while Alabama, Georgia, Washington and Wisconsin are all in.

While Wisconsin is officially "in" here, one thing to take note of is how the Badgers are splitting odds with Big Ten opponents Ohio State and Penn State. It looks like there is only room for one Big Ten team here, but for the SEC, that is not the case, as the projections still give favorable chances for both Georgia and Alabama to make the Playoff.

FiveThirtyEight's full projections can be seen here.
