Five-star defensive end and No. 51 overall recruit in the nation Brian Burns (6-foot-5, 210 pounds, Fort Lauderdale, FL) announced his commitment on Wednesday, choosing to sign with Florida State over Georgia and Florida.
Burns is one of the first of several signings for Florida State on the day, as the Seminoles are expected to — once again — have one of the top classes in the nation. Florida State currently has the No. 3 ranked recruiting class over at 247Sports.
