Heavy favorite emerges in opening tilt between Alabama-Florida State

This seems a little high.

One of the biggest games of the 2017 college football season will take place on opening weekend with the Alabama Crimson Tide taking on the Florida State Seminoles in Atlanta.

The Crimson Tide opened as early four-point favorites in the match-up, but that number rose to 7.5 after Alabama's spring game.

The Crimson Tide are the preseason No. 1 team heading into the 2017 season, so this shouldn't come as a major shock, but the Seminoles are No. 3 and certainly serious title contenders. The game is also being played on a neutral field, so it should be interesting to monitor to see if this line continues to jump around.

The Crimson Tide and Seminoles will clash Sept. 2 in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.
