Hurricane Matthew wrecking havoc in North Carolina, causes "voluntary evacuation"

It's been a sloppy mess.

North Carolina State's tilt with Notre Dame is exactly what folks across the college football landscape were concerned about.

After entering the locker room during halftime, the video board announced a "voluntary evacuation," while urging attendees to seek shelter:

It's been a sloppy mess in which the teams have combined for more turnovers than first downs and just 48 yards of offense, with N.C. State holding a 3-0 lead.
