One oddsmaker says Lane Kiffin won't land UH head coaching job despite contrary reports

Oh really now?

Tom Herman has left Houston and that leaves a pretty desirable coaching position open for the taking. There have been reports stating that Alabama offensive coordinator or former LSU coach Les Miles could end up with the gig. There were even some reports earlier on Monday saying Lane Kiffin was "expected" to get the job.

That hasn't stopped BookMaker.eu from giving Miles a considerable betting edge though over Kiffin to get the job. The site has Miles as a +115 favorite to get the job while Kiffin is +500. Other contenders for the job include Oklahoma offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley (+250), Houston defensive coordinator Todd Orlando (+2500) and Houston offensive coordinator Major Applewhite (+2500).

The ultimate decision will be one everyone keeps their eyes on in the coming weeks as it could ultimately the fate of many recruits and teams over the next few years.
