Looks like Malik Zaire may have made up his mind following SEC rule change

Zaire was the former starter for Notre Dame.

On Friday, the SEC officially changed a rule that was previously prohibiting the Florida football team from taking on any graduate transfers. The rule change was important, as former Notre Dame starter Malik Zaire was reportedly showing heavy interest in Florida, with the Gators being the likely favorite if the rule could get changed.

Well, looks like we might be able to change "likely favorite" to "okay, so when is this happening?" Soon after the rule was officially changed, Zaire had this to say on Twitter:

Yeah.... that would seem to say a lot about how Zaire feels about the situation.

Zaire, a grad transfer, would be eligible immediately when he finally makes his decision. The former starter is expected to choose between Texas and Florida at this point, with Wisconsin and Harvard as possible fringe contenders.
