Massive 6’8″, 400-pound "Baby Shaq" recruit lands another powerhouse offer

He's never played a down of football, but these teams don't care.

6-foot-8, 400-pound offensive lineman Daniel Faalele has still never played a down of organized football, but that is not stopping more and more powerhouse offers from coming in on the "Baby Shaq" recruit.

A video released by Bleacher Report on Thursday revealed that Faalele has received 23 D-I offers so far, including offers from Alabama, Tennessee, and Michigan. The video also revealed that Faalele has also received an offer from USC, which was previously unknown per 247Sports and Rivals.

Faalele — a native of Australia and currently at the IMG Academy — is currently listed as a three-star recruit across all services, but his potential at that size without ever having played football before definitely has schools across the nation intrigued.

Faalele got himself on the recruiting board for Michigan after Jim Harbaugh and company hosted a satellite camp in Australia last summer. He is expected to compete for starting spot at IMG Academy this fall.
