Darrell Simpson is a four-star offensive tackle in the class of 2018 according to Scout. He checks in at 6’7″ and a whopping 336 pounds as only a high schooler! He recently talked to Scout about the schools he’s interested in and seemed to really like his LSU visit this past weekend.

“Every time I turned around, they were talking. Coach Grimes always texts me and sends me a message in the morning telling me how badly he wants me at LSU and how he can develop my skills.”

The Justin, Texas native has offers from Florida, Arkansas, Baylor, Georgia and Colorado among many others. However, these are the ones that stick out to him:

“They’re (LSU) one of my top schools for me. TCU and Ohio State are sticking out too. Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Auburn and Ole Miss, they’re all sticking out.”
