Phidarian Mathis is a four-star defensive tackle out of Monroe, La. and has been high on LSU in his recruitment. However, Alabama has been making headway in his recruitment as well and the 247Sports crystal ball gives both schools a 50-50 shot at landing the 6'4", 287-pound tackle and now he's made his decision:
