The Sandusky family is dealing with another horrific allegation

Jeffrey Sandusky has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a child, according to a report on wearecentralPA.com.

Sandusky is the adopted son of Jerry Sandusky, the disgraced former Penn State football coach who is essentially serving the rest of his life in prison for sexually assaulting 10 boys. When he was convicted in 2012, Sandusky, 68 at the time, was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.

The website reported that the younger Sandusky was arraigned on Monday and had his bail set at $200,000. He's being held at the Centre County Correctional Facility.

Authorities say they started an investigation last November after a a child claimed to receive texts from Jeffrey Sandusky, and that some of those texts asked for naked photographs. Those message were shared with the child's father, who  notified police. Authorities also said a second child may be involved.

KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh reported that Sandusky lived with the alleged victim and her mother for about five years, and he was told to leave the house when the allegations surfaced.
