Report: Snoop Dogg's son has left the UCLA football team

This time is he done for good?

Well, it appears we won't be seeing D-O-double-G's son in a college football uniform this fall. On Monday, TMZ Sports reported that Snoop Dogg's son, UCLA Bruins wide receiver Cordell Broadus, has quit the football team for the second time. Below is an excerpt from their report.

Snoop Dogg's football star son has left the UCLA football team again, school officials confirm to TMZ Sports.

Cordell Broadus was not with the rest of the team at the first day of training camp Monday morning — raising some red flags. Plus,  L.A. Daily News reporter Thuc Nhi Nguyen says he wasn't on the official roster.

Now, UCLA associate director of communications Steve Rourke confirms  he's not on the team.

Broadus, who was a highly-touted wide receiver recruit in high school in 2014, quit the Bruins team last summer, but this past March it was reported that he was expected to return this fall. Broadus claimed last fall that the original reason he quit football was that he played the game for his father, and adding quote "I thought that was the only way he would love me & be apart of my life."

We'll see if Broadus is hanging the cleats up for good this time.
