Alabama comparing elite 4-star WR to legendary Julio Jones

The hype train is taking off.

Class of 2019 4-star WR Trey Knox is one of the top recruit's in his class, and, after a recent visit to the University of Alabama, he's already drawing comparisons to former Crimson Tide wideout Julio Jones.

Knox talked to SEC Country's Chris Kirschner about his recent visit to Tuscaloosa, AL. and revealed who the coaching staff reminded him of.

Via SEC Country:

"When I went down there for a visit, they actually compared me to Julio (Jones)," Knox told SEC Country.

Knox may be getting a lot of love from the Alabama coaching staff, but, according to the 247sports Crystal Ball Predictions, the Ohio State Buckeyes have the best chance at landing potentially the next Julio Jones with an 83-percent score.

It should be noted as well that the Crimson Tide have not officially offered Knox as of yet, but he reportedly expects that to change soon. With the coaching staff comparing him to one of their best player's ever, it's hard not to see the Nick Saban offering Knox a scholarship sooner rather than later.

Knox has reeled in 12 offers thus far, but the two favorites for the him continue to be the Buckeyes and the Florida Gators.
