Danny Kanell is no stranger to controversy and certainly no stranger to stirring the pot with his opinions. He's done it yet again with his latest top 8 as he decided to do more than just list his teams as he took some subtle shots at some of them too.
So he believes that Alabama has the worst resume in the top 10 yet has the Crimson Tide as his top team. This is where one might insert the "thinking face" emoji because he definitely seems to be contradicting himself. You would think it's hard to rank a team as the best one if they own the worst resume in the top 10, isn't it?
He clearly doesn't believe that Penn State will continue winning games as he has them in the top four, but doesn't think it will last. They do have games at Ohio State and Michigan State before finishing out the season with some cupcake games against Nebraska, Rutgers and Maryland. If the Nittany Lions survive those two games you have to believe that they'll end up in the Big Ten Championship Game undefeated and with a real shot at the College Football Playoff.
