Four-star defensive end LaBryan Ray (6-foot-4, 270 pounds, Madison, Al.) is getting closer to making a decision about where he’s going to college. On Sunday, the No. 5 ranked strong-side defensive end in the country released a top six list of schools that he has narrowed down to. Included in the list according to 247Sports is Alabama, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Florida, Auburn and Ole Miss.
Ray visited Florida last weekend for the Gators’ Friday Night Lights camp. After his time on campus, Ray said thar Florida would get one of his official visits in the fall, so it’s not too surprising that Florida made the cut. 247Sports’ predictions have him as a 100% lock for him to eventually commit to Alabama.
