Hurts delivers an Alabama first in career day against Miss State

Well so much for the vaunted LSU hangover, Alabama pummeled Mississippi State Saturday 51-3. The Tide dominated State in every facet of the game from start to finish Saturday and the game was never in question as the Tide rolled to 615 total yards of offense and took a 30-0 halftime lead before cruising to the 51-3 win.

Bama quarterback Jalen Hurts had a career day for the Tide and came up with an Alabama first, being the first ever Alabama quarterback to rush for over 100-yards and pass for over 300-yards in a game.
