Paul Finebaum speaks on the “only issue” that could hold Alabama back

Surprising there's even one.

Paul Finebaum was on the Mike & Mike radio show Tuesday morning and said that there's nobody who can match up ith Alabama right now. However, he did mention that they have one issue that could cost them a game.

Finebaum basically said that if it comes down to passing to win a game, the Crimson Tide could be in trouble with Jalen Hurts at quarterback. He mostly gets the job done with his legs and has a stable of superb running backs he hand the ball off to every down. He also is playing with a lead almost all game because of how well the defense plays.

While it might seem like nitpicking, Finebaum does make a good point. Hurts is averaging less than 150 yards passing per game while completing about 63 percent of his passes. He is also averaging a shade under 80 yards rushing per game. However, he doesn't turn the ball over often as he has only one interception on the year against eight touchdowns thrown with six rushing touchdowns.
