Florida could lose another piece of the offense to injury

As if this squad isn't depleted enough.

While the Florida-Florida State game might not have any bearing on the Playoff hopes for either team —- even if Florida has a very fleeting chance at getting there —- but the rivalry game will always hold weight at the end of every season. That's why the latest injury news could really hurt the Gators.

Martez Ivey has been one of, not the most important, players on the offensive line. He's a big presence —- he's 6'5" and over 300 pounds. So it hurts that line a lot when you hear this kind of news in regards to his leg:

Against a defensive line that leads the nation in sacks, that is less than ideal.
