Four-star son of former Pro Bowler now 'torn between' three major recruiting powers

This complicates things.

Jaycee Horn is a highly coveted four-star recruit in the class of 2018 and he was originally going to make his decision on July 15, but pushed back the date and added a third school in his top list. The son of four-time Pro Bowler Joe Horn added Tennessee to the mix after a couple visits to Knoxville and once he got a better understanding of their cornerback situation.

Now he's seemingly in a bit of a pickle as he likes the Vols, Alabama and South Carolina all equally. He told 247Sports that's he's "torn between all three" right now and just took a visit to Tuscaloosa and Tennessee this past weekend. He also admits it would have been a bad decision to commit on his original date.

"I just thought about more things, and thinking about it, I felt that there wasn't any need to rush into it and commit on the 15th. And especially now, I feel like that after I visited. After I visited Tennessee, I feel better about pushing it back because I feel like it would have been a mistake to commit on the 15th."

The 6'0", 174-pound CB out of Alpharetta, Ga. is ranked as the No. 23 player at his position and No. 25 recruit in the state according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He also holds offers from Auburn, Georgia, Florida State, LSU, Louisville and Ohio State among many others. Nine of the ten 247Sports crystal ball predictions have South Carolina winning his services while one has Alabama.

Here are some of his highlights:
