Owen Condon might not be one of the more highly rated recruits in the class of 2018, but he’s definitely going to compete to be one of the biggest. The 6’7″, 300-pound offensive tackle told 247Sports that he’s got one school that is standing out to him right now and is “very high” on his list of schools. Surprisingly, it is nowhere close to his native Oklahoma City.
“I love coach (Kirby) Smart and (Sam) Pittman, and while on my first visit it was just a place where i could see myself playing,” Condon said.
He’s also got Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma State and TCU in his top five for now. 247Sports has him ranked as the No. 8 recruit in the state of Oklahoma and the No. 44 offensive tackle in the recruiting class. He also holds offers from Army, Arizona State, Iowa State, SMU and Texas Tech among others.
