Five-star Ohio State decommit Brenton Cox has officially flipped

This is ANOTHER big one!

Five-star defensive end Brenton Cox (6-foot-5, 250 pounds, Stockbridge, Ga.) decommitted from Ohio State two weeks ago, and now he has found a new school.

In a special announcement on ESPN, Cox officially committed to Georgia over Alabama.

Cox is yet another huge win for the Georgia 2018 recruiting class, which has also picked up five-stars Cade Mays and Jamaree Salyer today. Several other highly rated recruits, such as Justin Fields, James Cook, Zamir White, and Trey Hill, also signed with the Dawgs after having committed over the past few months.

Cox is ranked as the No. 2 strongside defensive end and No. 22 overall recruit by the 247Sports Composite. ESPN has Cox rated as the No. 13 overall recruit in the nation.
