Georgia reportedly added San Jose State to its 2021 football schedule on Friday, according to Macon.com.

San Jose State athletic director Marie Tuite confirmed that a contract was signed between the two programs, as well as several other non-conference matchups for the Trojans, which were all announced on Friday.

The agreement marks the first meeting ever between the two schools in football.

The Bulldogs’ non-conference schedule also includes games against UAB and Georgia Tech, the team’s annual “Rivalry Week” matchup.

Georgia was undefeated in non-conference games this season, defeating Appalachian State (31-10), Notre Dame (20-19), Samford (42-14) and Georgia Tech (38-7).

The Bulldogs will face No. 2 Auburn in the SEC Championship Game on Saturday, which will be a rematch of the Dawgs’ only loss of the 2017 season.
