LSU defensive end Arden Key has not been able to play in the first two games of the season because of a shoulder injury and surgery he underwent during the summer. However, it appears he has recovered and is able to play some football now.

The 6-foot-6, 265-pound junior will be back in time to help the Tigers handle the Mississippi State offensive line and hopefully get into the backfield where quarterback Shea Patterson will be hanging out. Key had 56 total tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, 12 sacks and three forced fumbles last year. So you have to believe he wants to put up similar numbers this year before heading to the NFL Draft.
