It’s only one game, and Les Miles’ offense is already getting crushed

It may just have been one road loss to open the season, but some are saying LSU's offense is as one-dimensional as before.

LSU's offense struggled in its season opening loss to Wisconsin, and even though it's only one game, some are already proclaiming things hopeless. ESPN analysts broke down the Tigers' lack of passing game on College Football Sunday and attributed the problem to schematics.

Fans (and analysts) sometimes have the tendency to overreact, and much of the attribution to LSU's poor performance has been focused on the Tigers, and not on Wisconsin's defense or playing in a hostile environment in, you know, the first game of the season.

The good news is QB Brandon Harris can work on his passing game against Jacksonville State before opening SEC play against Mississippi State on Sept. 17. If LSU's offense continues to look one-dimensional, then maybe Miles and company really may have a problem.
