Les Miles may be closer to taking his future job after latest move

The former LSU coach has been thus far unsuccessful in landing another job since being fired from the Tigers in September.

The Les Miles project is in full swing.

After trying his work at some in-studio experience during the College Football Playoffs, Miles has reportedly accepted a gig with ESPN for all-day coverage of National Signing Day, via ESPN.

"Hosts Matt Schick and Joe Tessitore will keep fans up to date on all the news surrounding the day, led by national recruiting analyst Tom Luginbill, recruiting analyst Craig Haubert, and college football analysts Mike Bellotti, Mack Brown, Joey Galloway and David Pollack. The crew will be joined by former LSU head coach Les Miles, who will contribute to coverage throughout the day as a guest analyst, sharing his insight and experiences on the recruiting process."

Miles has expressed interest in coaching jobs across the college landscape, but he could eventually settle for a television gig. If he does, the fear may be that he won't get back into the college coaching game.
