LSU's greatest offensive weapon has a return date from injury

This is the news LSU has been wanting to hear.

LSU has seemed to be doing just fine without running back Leonard Fournette as the Tigers put up a record number of offensive yards two weeks ago against Missouri. But the sooner he gets back the sooner he can keep rising up NFL Draft boards and the sooner people can get off the school's case about saving him for the NFL.

While Fournette is not expected to play this week against Southern Miss he is expected to be back the next week against Ole Miss according to interim coach Ed Orgeron.

Fournette was a preseason Heisman front-runner, but will now miss his third straight with a knee injury.
