Tennessee decommit Alontae Taylor already has a new Top 5

Taylor decommitted after Butch Jones was fired on Sunday.

Well that didn't take long.

Not long after Tennessee fired Butch Jones on Sunday, four-star wide receiver Alontae Taylor (6-foot-0, 182 pounds, Manchester, Tenn.) announced that he had decommitted and had already named his new top five teams:

Those teams (in no order): Louisville, Georgia, Alabama, Wake Forest, and Georgia Tech.

Taylor had previously been committed to Vanderbilt last year, but he decommitted from the Commodores in May of 2016. He eventually flipped to the Vols, but it looks like they are now out of the running as well.

Taylor is ranked as a four-star recruit by the 247Sports Composite rankings, which also have him as the No. 4 overall recruit out of the state of Tennessee. He had been one of the Vols' highest-rated commits prior to the wave of decommits after Jones' firing.
