Former Florida State and NFL quarterback Chris Weinke is reportedly interviewing for a position on Tennessee’s staff with head coach Butch Jones, per 247sports.

Weinke played for Florida State from 1997-2000, becoming the oldest player to win the Heisman trophy at 28 years old.

Weinke also suited up for the Carolina Panthers (2001-2006) and San Francisco 49ers (2007) during his short NFL career.

He also worked as the Director of Football at IMG Academy (2010-2014). He joined the then-St. Louis Rams in 2015 as quarterbacks coach.
