Tennessee expected to have two stars back in practice this week

Finally! Some good injury news!

The Tennessee Volunteers have been decimated this season by injuries to just about everyone on the team who makes a huge difference in games except for quarterback Josh Dobbs. He seems to be the only guy to come out of this season unscathed. However, the Vols are expecting two of their best players back this week in practice.

Running back Alvin Kamara had some knee injuries a few weeks and Cam Sutton has been dealing with an ankle fracture he suffered against Ohio in September. Coach Butch Jones expects both back in practice this week and expects Kamara to play this weekend against Kentucky.

"I would say right now Alvin is probably a little bit ahead of Cam, but both individuals are going to be out at practice and we are really excited about that. There is a possibility that both of them could play. We expect Alvin to play. But we will know a little bit more on Wednesday."

Kamara has rushed 64 times for 313 yards and three touchdowns and caught 22 passes for 260 yards and three touchdowns. He leads the team in all-purpose yards with 773 in his seven games played.
