Tennessee has a special tribute planned for Gatlinburg victims at Music City Bowl

Solid move by Tennessee.

What started as a promising year, Tennessee's title aspirations quickly went down the drain en route to an 8-4 season.

The Volunteers will have more than just making up for a down year on the line when they face off with Nebraska in the Music City Bowl on December 30 in Nashville, Tennessee — they'll also be playing to honor the victims lost of the tragic Gatlinburg wild fires.

The Gatlinburg fires resulted in 14 deaths and more than 130 injuries.

The Music City Bowl will take place Friday, December 30, at 3:30 p.m. ET.
