Texas A&M might have been shafted in Belk Bowl by late no-call

This is just unbelievable.

Texas A&M and Wake Forest might have given us the best bowl game so far this season with over 100 combined points scored between them. The game came down to a possible last drive by the Aggies to win or tie it while down 55-52 and they probably would have won it if receiver Jhamon Ausbon had a chance to catch this pass.

However, he was clearly contacted by the defender before the ball got there and there should have been at least two yellow flags on the field from refs who were supposed to be watching the play. That would have given Texas A&M a new set of downs with about 50 seconds left and field position just outside of field goal range. You have to believe they could have at the very least gotten to within the kicker's range to tie the game if not come up with a play to win the game.

Instead, the Aggies used up all of their downs and couldn't convert with 25 seconds left in the game. Wake Forest kneeled out the clock and won the game 55-52.
