We’ve certainly seen worse than this go on in a football game. Texas A&M wide receiver Ricky Seals-Jones was disqualified for “targeting” against Mississippi State when attempting to block for Josh Reynolds. First off, Seals-Jones isn’t your run-of-the-mill receiver—he’s 6-foot-5, so for the penalty to be given for targeting is quite ridiculous. Not only that, he didn’t make contact with the player’s head, the dude just got leveled by a huge guy.

This call against Ricky Seals-Jones is more than “questionable”
