Two teams combine for over 130 points, almost set FBS record

That's a whole lot of offense.

You usually don't think about scoring records when it comes to the Mountain West Conference, but that's exactly who owns the FBS scoring record for most points in a game. However, the conference almost outdid itself again with UNLV and Wyoming on Saturday.

Just look at this ridiculous scoring breakdown:

An impressive outing that had both teams combining for over 1,000 total yards and 51 first downs. There were also 17 touchdowns and five field goals, including the one in the third overtime to win the game for UNLV.
