Hulk Hogan weighs in on rumors that he's in talks to return at WrestleMania

Is Hogan just working us all?

Brooke Hogan, Hulk's daughter, told TMZ that her father was in talks with WWE on a return at WrestleMania in Orlando next year, but those reports seem to be entirely made up according to the man himself.

Here's what Hogan said, via Cageside Seats:

Brooke's running around on TMZ and made the statement about me and wrestling and WrestleMania. For the record, she needs the big boot to the head. I haven't talked to anybody about WrestleMania. I just need to put that to rest. I asked Brooke, "What are you doing?"

She goes, "Oh, well, I'm just starting it up."

I said, "Thanks Brooke." It was kind of funny. I said, "No harm. No foul." It was all in good fun.

Just over a year ago, Hogan's history with the WWE had been wiped clean from the organization's website after an alleged racist rant emerged through leaked tapes.

Wrestling Observer hinted that WWE may be testing the waters by using Hogan and some audio clips of the wrestling legend in WWE Network commercials back in September.

The report acknowledged the difficulty of moving on from the alleged rant where Hogan reportedly used the n-word multiple times and admitted he was a racist to an extent.

Hogan has since publicly apologized for the rant as he's worked to mend fences in the WWE.

Maybe Hogan is just working everyone in preparation of a massive return. Or maybe his time with WWE is simply finished for good.
