Decision made on the case against a WWE legend following his arrest

Good news for this superstar.

Former WWE star Sean Waltman AKA X-Pac, made headlines last month when he missed a show in the UK only for it later to be revealed that Waltman was involved in a serious incident at LAX that led to his arrest.

The original details of the case didn't look great for the 1-2-3 Kid, but things are looking up for Waltman as new details have emerged surrounding the drug case.

Via Pro Wrestling Sheet:

"Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed with the L.A. County District Attorney's office that they've dropped the case surrounding Sean Waltman's drug arrest at LAX last month over lack of evidence."

A rep for the DA's office tells us the case was declined yesterday in court due to "insufficient evidence."

This is fantastic news for Waltman and obviously the best possible result for the WWE legend as he won't even have to appear in court for the charge as the case has been dropped entirely.

One should figure that he's going to open up about the case at some point in the not-too-distant future, but nonetheless, this is good news.
